Seems to me like someone makes a suggestion and its gets slated because he hasn't thought of it. Just my opinion.

Naaah , Save aint like that . Its just that this forum is ......Hmmm I dont know the words for it . basicly its HIS forum and those that do not like that dont get very far on it . All of us co admins and mods agree with his vision for this page or we would just not be here. I like the structure and the way its run .

You've gotta do what you gotta do, just as I do. For the record, those comments were not directed towards you, but they can be, should the need for them arise. I stand behind those words. Either we ALL get along or the rest of us will get along after the "troublemakers" leave. It's just that simple. I don't want you guys to leave, but you MUST play by the rules here and NEVER overstep your boundaries. Understood? I thought you woulkd.

Just respect us and our beliefs and we'll respect you. As for my leadership style, it is what it is. You might like my other forum better because it's more a democracy in terms of hierarchical structure.
